Return Policy

You may return your merchandise for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to return purchased merchandise please contact us via phone, 02-9695-7740 or email sales@waterfilterforfridge.com.au to receive an Order number and instructions on how to return the merchandise.

All returned items must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components.

We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components.

We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation, so please read Installation manual before you install filters .

We do not refund shipping on returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the merchandise to Maxi trading.

We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information from Au post office website (http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html).

If your return comes back to us damaged we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.

If your purchase was made beyond 14 days ago, Mexi Trading will accept a return in exchange for store credit up to 6 months after the order was placed. Once your return is accepted, your store credit will be available. If you prefer to place a new order before your return is processed, your store credit will be refunded to the new purchase once the returned merchandise passes inspection. Please note, your new purchase must be at least equal value to your store credit in order for the full amount to be refunded to your new transaction. **Store credit will expire after 6 months**

If you provide an undeliverable address and your package comes back to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping cost to reship your order to you. Please note you will be charged the actual cost of shipment even if you only previously shipping was Free if we have to reship your order due to undeliverable address.

 

 

Warranties and Defectives

Some of the products sold by Mexi Trading are covered under manufacturer warranty. Service information containing terms and conditions are often times included in the product box. We encourage our customers to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer. Please note that improper product installation can void a manufacturer warranty so please follow any guidelines listed.
